Corporate Insolvency

There are a number of avenues available to an insolvent company. Rescue my Company is licensed to do all of them. We can try to save the company through a CVA, afford it protection from creditors through an administration or administrative receivership or allow it to slip into a members or creditors voluntary liquidation.

Personal Insolvency

Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) are identical in form and procedure to the CVA outlined above, while bankruptcy procedures apply to individuals and partnerships. In both forms of individual insolvencies, the Official Receivers office has a rota on which IP’s are registered and appointed. Rescue My Company and its team are on both of those rota’s and are appointed by the Secretary of State as qualified to act and support individuals. We like to make a very painful process as easy as possible.
